SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. All orders ship USPS Priority mail. Please note estimated shipping dates for products on pre-order.
RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition. Please contact azariabrand@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.

Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery of the returned product. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are FINAL SALE. Once purchase has shipped, you will receive the customs number by email used for purchase.  For all international orders, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government.
WARRANTY:
Our bags come with a 90 day limited warranty. The warranty covers hardware and/or defects on items purchased or authorized dealer. Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills, or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller are also not covered under our warranty.
